In May, five online focus groups were held with a total of 26 staff. Sessions lasted 50 minutes and were led by a researcher with support from a notetaker.
Following its initial launch in Lanarkshire in December 2025, MyCare.scot successfully launched nationally in April 2026 as a web-based service. As of today, 17 June, MyCare.scot is now also available as a free app from Google and Apple app stores.
