To ask the Scottish Government what proportion of metastatic breast cancer patients have had their care discussed by a multidisciplinary team, in each of the last five years.
Answer
Information on multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussion of patients whose first diagnosis of breast cancer was at a metastatic stage was collected until 2018 and has been archived since then because the 95% target was being consistently met across all Health Boards. Information on MDT discussion of patients whose existing breast cancer was not initially metastatic but has subsequently progressed to metastatic stage has never been available to Public Health Scotland. NHS boards may hold this data locally.

To ask the Scottish Government how much it has cost Historic Environment Scotland to erect and maintain scaffolding at the Dun Carloway Broch site since July 2019.
Answer
The information requested is not held centrally, but instead concerns day-to-day operational matters best answered directly by Historic Environment Scotland. Please be advised I have asked Historic Environment Scotland to write to the member with the answer to his question.
Further to this enquiry, I understand that Historic Environment Scotland have offered Donald Cameron MSP a site visit to Dun Carloway Broch with Historic Environment Scotland experts, to learn first-hand about the type of issues that the property is facing, and I look forward to learning the results of this visit.

To ask the Scottish Government what monitoring processes it has in place to ensure that money allocated via the Gypsy/Traveller Accommodation Fund is adequately and efficiently spent.
Answer
It is a condition of grant under the Gypsy/Traveller Accommodation Fund that projects are developed in line with the Interim Site Design Guide, published by the Scottish Government in December 2021 to assist in the development of high quality accommodation. Grant offers are being phased, based on tendered costs, to help manage the risks attached to current supply chain issues. Local authorities will report regularly to the Scottish Government on progress and draw down funding in line with evidenced spend on their projects. Plans for learning from and evaluation of the Gypsy/Traveller Accommodation Fund include a comparative cost analysis, to improve our understanding of the costs of modern Gypsy/Traveller accommodation.

To ask the Scottish Government what assessment the Scottish Fire and Rescue
Service has made of the impact of fire appliances, both those staffed by
wholetime and retained firefighters, being taken off the run due to staffing
levels.
Answer
As a national service, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service can deploy its resources in a flexible way to ensure that fire and rescue cover is maintained. Managing resources in the most effective way is an operational matter for SFRS.
