Calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to introduce a free, accessible self-application process for Non-Harassment Orders so that people experiencing harassment can obtain enforceable, timely, legal protection without hiring a solicitor or waiting for behaviour to escalate, as is the case in England and Wales.
