That the Parliament notes the recent success of the Scottish Business Awards 2021, which aim to recognise the very best talent and practices in businesses across the country; understands the difficulties businesses have encountered during the COVID-19 pandemic; recognises all businesses and organisations that have adapted their work patterns and practices in order to keep employees and members of the public safe; believes that small to medium-sized enterprises remain the lifeblood of the economy, particularly in rural communities; congratulates Stirling business Willow Houseplants for winning the Best Independent Retailer Award 2021, which is a testament to the care and attention its team has invested in its business and community in Doune, and wishes the business well, as Stirling and Scotland continue to recover economically and socially from the COVID-19 pandemic.
