That the Parliament congratulates the three electrical installation apprentices, supported by the Midlothian-based Scottish Electrical Charitable Training Trust (SECTT), who have earned places in the prestigious SkillELECTRIC UK Final; believes that all three excelled in showcasing outstanding technical performances, reflecting the strength and calibre of apprenticeship training in Scotland; further believes that the apprentices' achievement highlights the consistently high standards achieved through Scotland’s electrical installation apprentice training programme, which is coordinated by SECTT; commends SECTT for working in partnership with 22 colleges and more than 1,500 employers across Scotland, thus making it possible for it to deliver a nationally consistent approach to training and assessment, ensuring apprentices receive high-quality education regardless of where they live, work or train, and wishes all three apprentices well as they now go forward to compete at the SkillELECTRIC UK Final, which takes place at Bridgend College during the week commencing 16 November 2026.
