That the Parliament congratulates Lar Housing Trust on The Quadrangle in Ruchill being shortlisted in the Housing and Regeneration category of the prestigious 2026 SURF Awards for Best Practice in Community Regeneration; notes that the awards celebrate best practice, innovation and achievement in projects that improve Scottish communities; understands that the project transformed a 150-year-old former paint factory, which had lain derelict for over 20 years, into a "home away from home" for students on low incomes; notes that the site also incorporates space for a café as well as premises for a local charity and community art, and wishes Lar Housing Trust well for the awards ceremony, which is being held on 10 December 2026 at the Voco Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.
