That the Parliament welcomes the publication of the latest impact report by Cyrenians; notes that the charity provided one-to-one support to 2,037 people through housing, welfare rights and accommodation services in 2025-26, while supporting almost 6,400 more people through activities, group support and access to food, skills and training; recognises the invaluable contribution of its staff, volunteers and partners in supporting people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity; believes that the growing demand for such services demonstrates the urgent need to end Scotland's housing emergency and strengthen homelessness prevention; notes concern that Scotland reportedly continues to experience record levels of temporary accommodation and homelessness, despite having some of the strongest legal rights in the world; believes that the country risks falling behind progress being made elsewhere in the UK to respond to homelessness, and calls for renewed urgency in delivering the affordable homes and support services needed to ensure that everyone has access to a safe and secure home.
