That the Parliament congratulates CS Electrical Ltd, based in Wishaw, on raising £4,430 for Crossbasket House through its second annual Charity Golf Day, held at Wishaw Golf Club; understands that the event brought together around 60 clients and suppliers and attracted generous donations and prizes from businesses across Glasgow and the west of Scotland, including Rangers, Celtic and Motherwell football clubs, Topgolf and the King’s Theatre; notes that the total raised exceeded the amount achieved at the previous year’s event by more than £1,000; recognises the vital work of Crossbasket House in providing accommodation and support for families whose children are receiving specialist hospital care, helping families stay close to their seriously ill children during what can be an extremely difficult time; commends everyone involved in organising the golf day, securing donations and contributing to its success, including the staff, clients, suppliers and local businesses who demonstrated such generosity; acknowledges the commitment of CS Electrical Ltd to charitable fundraising and community involvement, and wishes the company every success in its future fundraising efforts in support of other worthy causes.
