That the Parliament congratulates The Miracle Foundation SCIO, based in Motherwell, on winning the Children’s Charity of the Year Award at the Phoenix Rising Awards 2026; recognises the dedication, compassion and commitment of its team in providing timely trauma support to children and young people across Lanarkshire and Glasgow; acknowledges the important work undertaken by the Foundation to help children feel safe, empower young people to find their voices and support families experiencing difficult circumstances; commends the organisation’s efforts to ensure that children and young people receive the support that they need, when they need it, rather than facing lengthy waiting lists; thanks all staff, volunteers and supporters who contribute to its work, and wishes The Miracle Foundation SCIO continued success in its vital work supporting children, young people and families across the communities it serves.
