The Voice Lab Empowers Young People Across North Lanarkshire Through Public Speaking and Communication Skills

That the Parliament congratulates The Voice Lab on receiving a grant of £10,000 to support its work with young people across North Lanarkshire; understands that the funding will enable the group to deliver five eight-week workshops focused on public speaking and communication skills; recognises the importance of providing young people with opportunities to develop their confidence, express themselves effectively and strengthen their communication skills; acknowledges the potential benefits of these workshops for young people's personal development, education and future employment opportunities, and commends The Voice Lab for its work in helping young people to build the skills and confidence to make their voices heard.
