That the Parliament recognises Bryan Irvine, who has retired after 48 years of serving the Clydebank community as a Royal Mail postie; understands that Bryan spent a large portion of his career in the Clydebank sorting office, firstly serving many rural areas of Clydebank, and latterly serving Hardgate; notes that throughout his career, Bryan was willing to go the extra mile, and often took on tasks outwith his job description, helping others in need or even lending a hand herding animals; believes that he has been a central and trusted part of the community for many decades; thanks Bryan for his positivity, selflessness and dedication to the role, and wishes him a very well-deserved and restful retirement.
