That the Parliament congratulates Robert Steven, who is affectionately known to all as "Chef Robert", on receiving a Spirit of Blantyre Award from Blantyre Community Council for his services to the community; notes that Chef Robert is an employee of South Lanarkshire Council who delivers the Kids Kitchen project, which teaches key food preparation and cooking skills to primary school pupils and their families; understands that, above and beyond his day job, he has worked with the organisation Bonnie Blantyre to volunteer his time and talents on many occasions to teach cooking skills to young people and adults alike at the Blantyre Miners Community Garden, often using fresh vegetables and herbs grown there; believes that his enthusiasm and passion for his work is infectious and that he has given many people the confidence to try something new, and commends Chef Robert for his service to the people of Blantyre.
