Protecting Scotland's Seafloor

That the Parliament notes the publication of the June 2026 report by Environmental Standards Scotland, Protecting Scotland's seafloor: an assessment of Scottish Ministers' implementation of the Marine Strategy Regulations 2010; recognises the duty on Scottish Ministers to set out a revised programme of measures to achieve Good Environmental Status across Scotland's seabeds, including the quantification of the contribution that each measure will make towards achieving that objective, and welcomes the engagement between Scottish Ministers and Environmental Standards Scotland to agree that programme of measures.
