That the Parliament recognises the work of the HEART (Health, Energy, Advice and Resilience Team) programme in Fife to tackle fuel poverty; notes that HEART offers joined-up support linking health, energy advice and practical help so that people facing difficulties with heating, money or wellbeing can get the right assistance without having to navigate multiple services on their own; further notes that it works in partnership with The Well, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, St Andrews Environmental Network and Fife Council, and that it provides a single point of contact through its phone number, 01334 237950; believes that this practical approach of bringing services together is an effective way of supporting people in the community, and welcomes the contribution HEART is making to people in Fife.
