As an amendment to motion S7M-00899, in the name of Holly Bruce (Save Queen's Park Glasshouse), after "the Health and Social Care Strategy;" insert "notes the view that this revitalisation must be underpinned by a fully costed, supportive, sustainable business case, developed with commercial operators and the local community, exploring options including catering, hospitality, event hire and workspace use, and drawing on the model of comparable venues, such as Sefton Park Palm House in Liverpool and the Kibble Palace at Glasgow Botanic Gardens, while addressing practical operating constraints such as the absence of on-site parking and vehicular access to Queen's Park; further".
