That the Parliament welcomes the recent announcement from Aberdeen FC Community Trust that it will be participating in the Centre Circle Whole Family Hub partnership alongside Falkirk Football Community Foundation, Morton in the Community, and The Killie Community, with the partnership being led by Big Hearts Community Trust; understands that the Centre Circle Whole Family Hubs will support families improve their financial stability and wellbeing; acknowledges that the hubs will aid in the tackling of child poverty across Scotland by using football to connect to those most in need of additional support; understands that funding for the project has been provided by the Scottish Government, with £850,000 from the Whole Family Support Third Sector Delivery Fund going towards the hubs across Scotland; commends the funding, which comes from the Scottish Government's Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan, and wishes Aberdeen FC Community Trust, along with its partners, all the best with their Centre Circle Whole Family Hubs, and supports the direct action the Scottish Government is taking to reduce child poverty.
