That the Parliament congratulates Noah Pollock, a pupil at Coltness High School in Wishaw, on being named Scottish Powerchair Football Association Championship Player of the Year; understands that the award is voted for by coaches and officials throughout the season and recognises excellence in performance, attitude, effort and sportsmanship across all match days; congratulates Noah and his team, Strathclyde Caledonia, on winning the Scottish Quaich following two days of competition; recognises the importance of powerchair football as a unique sport that enables people with high levels of physical impairment to participate in competitive team football and notes that it is the only active team participation sport designed specifically for users of electric wheelchairs; commends the players, coaches, volunteers and organisations who support the development of the sport across Scotland, and wishes Noah and Strathclyde Caledonia continued success in future competitions.
