BAFTA Winning Director Shoots Film in Troon

That the Parliament notes the release of a short film, shot on location in Troon, for the track Wind by musical group Songraes; understands that the film stars veteran Scottish actor David Hayman, who portrays an elderly man, with the project shaped by director David Arthur's personal experiences of his own father's dementia, and further understands that the film seeks to raise awareness of and support for Spirit Aid, a Scottish humanitarian charity founded by David Hayman, which supports children and young people affected by hardship in Scotland and internationally.
