That the Parliament congratulates David Scott Funeral Directors, of Blairgowrie, on reaching its 100th anniversary, and on the uplifting and well-attended Christmas Remembrance event it organised, which was held recently in Blairgowrie Town Hall to remember loved ones from Blairgowrie, Alyth and the surrounding area; notes that the firm was set up by the late David Scott Snr in 1925 with just £5 and a toolbox; understands that the independent, family-run firm is held in high regard by the local community and by people who have used their services, and wishes it all the best for the future.
