That the Parliament welcomes the new three-year pay deal for support staff in Scotland’s colleges; considers that it offers crucial pay stability amid ongoing cost-of-living pressures; understands that it follows constructive negotiations between employers and trade unions, and was strongly endorsed by UNISON and Unite members, and welcomes the agreement as, it believes, evidence of improving industrial relations across the college sector, supporting continued progress towards Fair Work goals.
