That the Parliament congratulates the North Lanarkshire Tenant Participation Team on being named Housing Team of the Year 2025 at the CIH Scotland Housing Awards; recognises that this award reflects the team’s outstanding commitment to empowering tenants, strengthening community voices and promoting meaningful participation across North Lanarkshire; pays tribute to the North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents for its pivotal role in representing tenants, supporting community tenant and resident groups, and helping shape housing policy and services; notes that the North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents champions transparency, accountability and co-production in housing services across the area; acknowledges the value of tenant-led scrutiny, community development and capacity-building in improving housing outcomes, and wishes the team and residents continued success in their work to strengthen tenant empowerment throughout North Lanarkshire.
