Motherwell Biotech Company RoukenBio Celebrates 10 Years of Innovation

That the Parliament congratulates RoukenBio, a Motherwell-based biotechnology company, on its 10th anniversary on 24 November 2025; notes that the company was founded in 2015 by CEO Andy Upsall, originally as Antibody Analytics, and has grown from three employees to over 110, serving customers in 27 countries; recognises the company’s expansion through investment in the Rouken Discovery Centre and the launch of its proprietary technology, IndEx-2, which is a platform for improving discovery-stage therapeutics; commends RoukenBio for its contributions to scientific innovation and the local economy, and wishes the company continued success in its aim to become a globally trusted contract research organisation.
