That the Parliament congratulates Motherwell & Wishaw Inner Wheel on celebrating its 78th birthday with a club meeting and dinner at Herdshill Guest House in Wishaw; notes that the club dedicated the dinner to the United Nations campaign to end violence against women and girls, which this year is themed "Orange the World"; recognises that the members collected 110 orange-themed food items, which were donated to the Food Bank at South Wishaw Parish Church to support those in need; further notes that Inner Wheel, one of the largest women’s service organisations in the world, brings together women from diverse backgrounds to promote friendship, service and international understanding, and commends the club for its ongoing commitment to community service, raising awareness of gender-based violence and supporting vulnerable people in Lanarkshire, across Scotland and the wider world.
