That the Parliament congratulates Orchard Primary and Nursery Parent Council in Wishaw on being selected by a Tesco customer to receive a £5,000 Golden Grant through the Stronger Starts Golden Grants draw at the beginning of the 2025-26 academic year; recognises that this funding will provide valuable support to the school community, enhancing opportunities and resources for pupils; commends the efforts of the Parent Council in working to improve the educational experience of children at Orchard Primary and Nursery, and welcomes Tesco’s continued support for schools and community groups across Scotland through initiatives such as Stronger Starts.
