Connor Mooney Shortlisted for BikeBiz Mechanic of the Year

That the Parliament congratulates Connor Mooney of Cairney Cycles, based at the NCT Centre in Newmains, on being shortlisted for the Mechanic of the Year award, by BikeBiz magazine; notes that Connor is the only Scottish mechanic in the top six and that the award is now being decided by public vote; recognises his exceptional dedication, skill, and professionalism in the cycling industry, including providing high-quality service and support to cyclists of all levels;  notes the positive impact of his work on the community and the Scottish cycling scene, encouraging safe and accessible cycling; commends Connor for representing Scotland on a national stage and for promoting excellence, innovation and passion in the trade, and wishes him every success in the final stage of the award.
