That the Parliament recognises Alexander Scullion from Linnvale, in Clydebank, for his dedication to donating blood; understands that, over a period of 45 years, Alexander has donated enough blood to help over 500 people; celebrates blood donors like Alexander, who donates four times a year, and encourages those who can to register with their local blood donation centre.
