As an amendment to motion S5M-09019 in the name of Roseanna Cunningham (Working in Partnership to Reduce Flood Risk Across Scotland), insert at end "; believes that no communities, whether urban or rural, should be left behind in these developments; considers that the Scottish Government must ensure that there is adequate research commissioned to assess the implications of climate change on flooding policy and that the strategies and sustainable management of flood risk are regularly reviewed, and believes that there must be adequate funding to ensure that the range of flooding interventions and policies can be taken forward."
