As an amendment to motion S5M-06186 in the name of Peter Chapman (Agriculture), insert at end “recalls that the Cabinet Secretary for Rural Economy and Connectivity told the Parliament on 31 May 2016 that 'There must be no repeat of the problems that were faced in 2015-16', and therefore condemns the fact that the situation is now more serious than it was then, and recognises that this has had a devastating impact on the entire rural economy.”
