As an amendment to motion S5M-01554 in the name of Donald Cameron (NHS Scotland Staffing Crisis), after “short-staffing;”, insert “notes in particular, the strain on general practice and considers that training more mental health practitioners so that there is one for every surgery would improve care and significantly reduce GPs' workloads; further”.
