As an amendment to motion S2M-838 in the name of Cathy Jamieson (Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Bill - UK Legislation), leave out from “endorses” to end and insert “agrees that the provisions in the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Bill which relate to devolved matters should be considered by the UK Parliament.”
