To ask the Scottish Government, further to the comment by the Minister for Transport on 23 September 2021 that there is a plan in place to provide 30,000 electric vehicle charge points by 2030, which is “evolving”, how many (a) electric vehicle (EV), (b) diesel and (c) petrol cars it projects will be in use by 2030; how frequently the plan projects the EVs will be charged, based on annual mileage; how many EVs it is notionally allocating per charging point; where the (i) private and (ii) public charging points will be located, and how much electricity it projects will required to be generated to service the charging points.
To ask the Scottish Government how many self-catering (a) units on the non-domestic rates roll and (b) unit owners received Small Business Bonus Scheme rates relief in 2021-22 at (i) 100%, (ii) 25% and (iii) 0% (where they were not eligible due to having a number of properties with a combined rateable value of £35,000), also broken down by (A) assessor and (B) local authority.
To ask the Scottish Government how much revenue it has raised from properties subject to the Higher Property Rate poundage for non-domestic rates in each local authority area in the North East Scotland region in each of the last five years, also broken down by industry sector.
