To ask the Scottish Executive how many interruptions there have been to water supply in Torphichen in West Lothian and the surrounding area since April 2010, broken down by date.
Answer
The information you have requested is not held centrally. I have asked that Scottish Water meet you to discuss the questions you have asked and update you on the progress on its project to improve the security of supply in the Torphichen area.
I recognise the inconvenience and disruption which has been experienced by the residents of Torphichen during the past 18 months and would like to reassure you that Scottish Water is committed to providing a long-term solution.

To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S4W-05796 by Michael Russell on 1 March 2012, who the (a) past members were and (b) current members are of the ICT in Education Programme Board and whether it will publish the minutes of its meetings.
Answer
Because of the commercially sensitive nature of current discussions it would not be appropriate to compromise or prejudice the commercial process by publishing minutes of the board or disclosing the names of its members at this time.

To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish the results of the audit of NHS Lothian's waiting list times management process.
Answer
The external audit of NHS Lothian’s waiting list times management process is still underway. On completion, the full findings will be shared with NHS Lothian and will be made available to parliament via SPICe. We will expect the board to take forward any recommendations arising from the audit.
