To ask the Scottish Government what use is being made of the Business Tourism Bid Fund.
Answer
Excellent use is being made of the Conference Bid Fund. To date the Conference Bid Fund has committed £1.2 million in match funding to help secure 62 conferences which are expected to attract almost 76,000 delegates with an estimated gross delegate spend of around £128 million.
