Good morning and welcome to the 30th meeting in 2017 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. Before we move to the first item on the agenda, I remind everyone who is present to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices, as they may affect the broadcasting system.
The first item is a decision on whether to take item 4, which is future consideration of evidence on the draft budget, in private. Are we agreed?
