I am surprised to hear that, because I think that it is commonly understood that one of the key asks of the EU in this review will be about improved access to fishing grounds. I generally regard Angus Robertson as one of the most informed cabinet secretaries that we have in the Scottish Government, so I am surprised that he does not seem to be aware of that fact, given that the fact that fishing rights are on the line features in every report that has ever been published on the topic.
