In relation to the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011 [draft], members should note that the Subordinate Legislation Committee has been designated as the lead committee. The Minister for Parliamentary Business and Government Strategy will attend the committee’s next meeting in order that the committee can debate the motion to approve the instrument.
