Decision on Taking Business in Private

Item 3 is a decision on taking business in private. As members will be aware, it is customary to take in private discussions on approaches to inquiries. Do members agree that consideration of our approach to our inquiry into the Scottish Government’s renewable energy targets should be taken in private at future meetings?

Members indicated agreement.

Before we move into private, I put on record the committee’s thanks to Professor Kenneth Reid for all his help and assistance in steering us manfully through the Land Registration etc (Scotland) Bill, which I am sure members have appreciated.
