Good morning, and welcome to the 27th meeting in 2014 of the Health and Sport Committee. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones because they can interfere with the sound system. Our first agenda item is a decision on whether to take in private at future meetings consideration of a draft report on the Scottish Government’s draft budget 2015-16. Does the committee agree to do that?
