Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 26th meeting in 2010 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. We have received apologies from Rhoda Grant. I ask members to turn off mobile phones and BlackBerrys.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that under item 5, we discuss in private the content of a draft report on Scottish statutory instruments laid in 2009. Do members agree?
