Inland Waterways Advisory Council (Abolition) Order 2012 [Draft]
As members will recall, section 9 of the Public Bodies Act 2011 requires the consent of the Scottish Parliament to any order that would be within its legislative competence. The committee will consider and report on such orders under the same grounds as on any other order that is laid before the Parliament.
That brings us to agenda item 6, so I move the meeting into private.
