Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members to the ninth meeting in 2012 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. We have received apologies from Chic Brodie, and I welcome Marco Biagi as his substitute. As normal, I ask members to ensure that their mobile phones are turned off, to improve proceedings.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that the committee takes in private item 6, which is consideration of the committee’s approach to the Welfare Reform (Further Provision) (Scotland) Bill. Do members agree to take that in private?
