Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Ancillary Provisions) Order 2010 (SSI 2010/322)

Item 3 is to consider subordinate legislation. Although the Subordinate Legislation Committee has drawn our attention to the order on a matter of proper drafting practice, it does not state that the drafting is defective. Is the committee therefore content to note the order and the Subordinate Legislation Committee’s report?
