Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members of the committee, the press, the public and Audit Scotland staff to the sixth meeting in 2008 of the Audit Committee. John Swinney, the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth, is with us. It is helpful to have his full title on the plaque in front of him.

I have received an apology from George Foulkes; James Kelly is standing in for him. I ask everyone to ensure that their mobile phones are switched off so that there is no interference with the sound system.
