Item 4 is consideration of our approach to the scrutiny of the financial memorandum to the Housing (Scotland) Bill. The clerk's paper suggests that we may wish to adopt level 2 scrutiny, and provides a list of affected bodies from which we may wish to seek written evidence. Are members content with the suggestions in the clerk's paper?
