During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the fifth meeting in 2012 of the Scottish Commission for Public Audit. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones and any other devices that they might have. We have received no apologies. We are missing Iain Gray at the moment, but perhaps he is on his way.

The first item of business is to ask the commission to take in private items 4 and 5 and future consideration of its draft report on Audit Scotland’s budget proposal for 2013-14. Are members agreed?
