Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning everyone, and welcome to the fifth meeting in 2008 of the Equal Opportunities Committee. I remind all those present—including members—that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off, as they interfere with the sound system even when they are switched to silent.

The first item on the agenda is to decide whether to consider in private at our next meeting evidence that we have taken on the recommendations made in the disability inquiry report "Removing Barriers and Creating Opportunities". Are members agreed that the item should be taken in private?
