Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking agenda items 6 and 7 in private. Are we agreed?

Agenda item 2 is a further decision on taking business in private. We have already agreed to report on the evidence that we have taken on the 2013-14 audit of NHS Highland. Do members agree to consider that draft report in private at future meetings?
