Item 2 is consideration of subordinate legislation. We have two negative instruments. No concerns have been raised and the Subordinate Legislation Committee agreed that it did not wish to draw the attention of Parliament to either instrument on any grounds within its remit. Are we agreed that we do not wish to make any recommendation?
