Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee’s third meeting in 2017. Stuart McMillan is unable to attend and has submitted his apologies. We are pleased to have George Adam attending as a substitute member. I welcome all my committee colleagues and thank them for coming.

Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that the committee take in private item 5, which is consideration of the committee’s second quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2016-17. Does the committee agree to do that?
