Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 17th meeting this year of the Rural Affairs and Environment Committee. I remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as they impact on the broadcasting system.
The first item of business is a decision on whether to take in private item 5, under which the committee will consider its work programme. Do members agree to take that item in private?
